• Clients must provide accurate and complete design details, patterns, and measurements.

3. Pricing and Payments

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• A deposit of 50% is required before production begins.
• Full payment is due upon completion and prior to delivery.

4. Sampling Policy

• Sampling fees are non-refundable.
• Clients are responsible for approving the final sample before full production begins.

5. Production Timeline

• Production timelines are estimated and may vary due to material availability or unforeseen delays.
• Rush orders may incur additional fees.

6. Quality and Returns

• We stand by the quality of our products. If a product is defective, we will review and resolve the issue.
• Returns or adjustments are not accepted for errors due to incorrect details provided by the client.

7. Intellectual Property

• Clients retain rights to their designs.
• Mac Tavish Clothing reserves the right to showcase finished products in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Confidentiality

• We respect your confidentiality and will not share your designs without your consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Mac Tavish Clothing is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
